#8 Condition Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of machines today and in the future

Collecting and interpreting the available data is already a sound way of monitoring the condition of machines. This requires a deeper understanding of the machines and processes so as to generate meaningful information from the "bare" data. Analyses based on Machine Learning (ML) and AI can help identify anomalies faster.

In our webcast, we also explain the model and data-based approach to analyzing the condition of machines, or the question of where the data can be evaluated – in the controller or cloud.

We also present how the drive can become a sensor and how you can easily implement condition monitoring and obtain comprehensive information on the "state of health" of your machines and systems without additional, cost-increasing sensor technology.

#9 Virtual Commissioning

From the simulation to the production of machines and systems

Implementing customer-specific machines with ever-increasing software complexity in less time and avoiding cost-intensive rework during commissioning – how can this be achieved?

In this webcast, Lenze shows how virtual commissioning enables interdisciplinary development and, above all, how control and IOT software can be tested and validated on a virtual machine in early concept and development phases. In future, this will provide OEMs with extended possibilities of digital engineering in the design, development and production of machines and systems – and can thus reduce costs and time-to-market.

This session will focus on which options and tools are available for this, what concrete support Lenze offers here and how small and medium-sized companies can also integrate them advantageously into existing processes.

Available sessions:

  • German: 11:30-12:30 (CEST)
  • English: 13:30-14:30 (CEST)

#6 Energy efficiency – Ecodesign Directive

Another challenge for mechanical engineering

Energy efficiency is becoming an increasingly important topic in mechanical engineering and is currently gaining additional relevance due to global developments and concrete legal requirements. In our live webcast we will illuminate and discuss this topics:

How do global climate agreements influence legislation and how do they actually affect everyday life? Which framework conditions apply where and what do they mean, for example, in an international context?

How can you efficiently meet the new challenges of the ErP Directive by the July 2021 deadline and, above all, what can you do to remain competitive?

Or, why not take the opportunity now to optimize your machines and plants sustainably?

Available sessions:

  • German: 11:30-12:30 (CEST)
  • English: 13:30-14:30 (CEST)
