What could be the probelm, if we have communication interruption with Lenze
Engineer Tool at 84xx / 94xx Parameter set Download / Upload, Oscilloscope etc?
Answer:
At Firmware Version 2.0 from EMF 2180 IB
Ethernet/CAN Gateway we had a small problem with some Basic CAN Parameter communication
functions.
This Issue was solved with new Firmware
version 2.14. The firmware and a short commission for the manual Update of
the firmware were added to this FAQ.
Note: The Update will be done via an ftp communication. Be sure that an ftp communication
is allowed at your computer! Otherwise used a virtual machine for the Update.
