XML / ESI -device description for Lenze EtherCAT communication modules

Description:
By means of the XML-files, which you can download here, you are able to contain the Lenze EtherCAT communication modules in the EtherCAT configuration software from PLC manufacturer.

Node:
This ESI / XML Files are NOT been used with Lenze Controller systems with EtherCAT Master Function. For Lenze Controller the Device descriptions comes automatically with the software PLC Designer and Package Manager.

System requirements:
The single XML-files describe the implemented EtherCAT functionalities of the corresponding communication modules. For the following communication modules XML-files are available:
  • 1_Servo_Inverter (servo inverter i950, i700 and  9400)
  • 2_Inverter_Drive (frequency inverter i550, 8400 StateLine, HighLine TopLine, TopLine P and Motec)
  • 3_IO Systems (IO System 1000, EPM-S130)
  • 4_EMF_2192_AIF (Kommunikationsmodul AIF Schnittstelle 8200, 9300 und ECS)

Software installation:
Unpack the ZIP-file in any directory of your computer and insert the XML-files in the configuration software.

9400 Note:
The 9400 XML device describition Lenze_E94AYCET_V100_080508.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 1.01 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET.
The 9400 XML device describition Lenze_E94AYCET_MOTION_20101020.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 1.01 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET with TA DS 402 and 9400 HighLine.
The 9400 XML device describitio Lenze_E94AYCET_IO_20101019.xml  can be used for firmware versions FV 2.0 from the communication modul EtherCAT E94AYCET with 9400 HighLine.
