Groba and Lenze
Groba B.V., the Dutch specialist in cutting and processing cheese, presented a machine for automatically removing the foil from foil-ripened cheese at the trade show. The Alpha 520 ensures a hygienic and ergonomic process, as it replaces manual unwrapping of the cheese. Lenze has been supporting Groba in the development of new machines for many years - in all phases of the engineering process.
