Lenze honored as "Best Place to Learn”

For the third time in a row the automation expert received the seal of quality for his training

Lenze has achieved the hattrick and once again received the seal of approval "Best Place to Learn" for training companies. Niels Köstring, Managing Director at the certifier AUBI-Plus, presented the seal during a virtual ceremony and praised the very good performance of the automation specialist from Hamelin. In a comprehensive 360° survey, both current and former trainees and students had previously awarded top marks.

Thomas Czekanowski, Head of Education & Training at the Lenze Group, is pleased: "We are particularly proud to have finished with the grade "very good". It shows once again the importance of training at Lenze and how forward-looking it is." The company achieved top results in the categories "Apprentice recruitment process" and "Professional learning in the company", among others. This means that Lenze can continue to call itself "Best Place to Learn" for the next three years.

Bernd Kirsch, Head of Education & Training Electronic, explains: "The analysis results show us where we currently stand with our training and in which areas we already have a particularly high level of training. But they also enable us to look ahead, because we can see where we still have potential for improvement. From this, we derive appropriate measures and ensure continuous high-quality and, above all, future-proof training."

“Best Place to Learn” is a seal that stands for above-average in-company training. It is awarded exclusively to companies that demonstrate that they provide young people with excellent qualifications. The training seal is based on a scientifically recognized quality model. Various aspects of training are analyzed and evaluated. In addition, trainers, current and former trainees, and students are included in the evaluation in the form of 360° feedback. The award is based on representative results.
