When you enter data on forms, you do so voluntarily. However, your consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data can be revoked by you at any time. For the Lenze Group, it is especially important to guarantee the maximum possible protection for your individual personal data. Our Internet activities in all the countries where we maintain websites are, therefore, in accordance with the data-protection and data-security laws that are applicable there. In the following text, we indicate what information we gather and what we do with it.
We do not use our websites to collect any personal data unless you specifically agree to our doing so. You alone decide on whether to give us this data when, for example, you register on our website, respond to questionnaires or, in some other way, provide us with information. We make use of your personal data to answer enquiries, process your order/request or enable you to gain access to special information or offers, for example. For purposes of customer relations, it may also be useful for us to store and process your personal information and pass it on to the company in the country where you submitted your enquiry.
We store IP addresses for a maximum period of 14 days. This is done for reasons of data security in order to guarantee the stability and operational security of our system.
If you do not want to provide us with personal data to help us maintain customer relations – in particular for direct marketing or market research – we will, of course, respect your wishes. We will not sell your personal data for commercial gain.
We use your personal data collected within the framework of the newsletter registration, in particular the indicated areas of interest, for the purposes of sending you personalized product and service offers. By giving us your name, you enable us to address you personally and simplify the management of your data. Your address data, in particular your postcode, enables us to make you regionally tailored offers.
Furthermore, we are continuously focussed on improving our range of products and services. This also includes an evaluation of the newsletter we send out, e.g. whether the indicated e-mail address is actually accessible, which newsletters are opened, which links are clicked within the newsletter, and whether a response ((automatic) reply, error message, etc.) has been generated.
The data is collected and processed exclusively by Lenze and member companies of the Lenze Group. The data is not communicated to other external companies.
Before using the newsletter service, you consent to the use of your e-mail address and of the other data requested there. This data is used for the purposes of recommending individual product and service offers to you and to continuously improve the newsletter service.
You can revoke your consent (use of your e-mail address, use of your personal data) at any time. Please use the following unsubscription page. You will also find instructions on how to unsubscribe in the footer of each newsletter.
Your data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of filling job vacancies on offer within the Lenze Group. The company that is looking to fill a vacancy and shows its address on the invitation to submit applications is responsible for data collection in this sense, i.e. when an application is submitted for a specific job that is being offered. If you apply for a specific job for which applications have been invited by a company within the Lenze Group, your data will be passed on to the persons/departments responsible for human resources. You can permanently withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the contact person named in the job advertisement. If you submit an unsolicited job application, your data will automatically be sent to the relevant person(s)/department(s) responsible for human resources in accordance with your particular skills, abilities, and qualifications. Your data will then be used by the responsible persons/departments solely for the purpose of evaluating your job potential.
Deletion of data
If you have applied for a job but your data ceases to be needed for this purpose, we ensure that your data is automatically deleted from our system. Processes have been created that guarantee automatic deletion of data when such data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we originally collected it or when the data retention period has expired. In the event of a negative decision, you job application data will be deleted after 6 months. If your profile is of general interest to us, we would like to include you in our standing pool of job applicants but we will, of course, ask for your consent to do so beforehand.
You have the right to obtain information on your personal data that we have a record of in our system. Moreover, you have the right to delete or block impermissible data and to correct any false data that we have stored in our system. To do so, you can send an e-mail to the contact person named in the job advertisement.
Our website uses the Piwik web analytics service so that we can analyse how people use our website and make ongoing improvements to what it provides. For this purpose, Piwik saves cookies (text files) on your computer via the browser. The user information obtained from evaluating these cookies is passed on to Piwik and stored for analysis purposes. Before the information is stored, part of the IP address is deleted to safeguard the anonymity of the users. We do not pass information concerning the use of our website to third parties.

You can prevent Piwik from collecting data using the "opt-out function". In this case, your browser will save an opt-out cookie, preventing Piwik from collecting session data from that point on. This website uses Google Analytics reports on demographic characteristics in which data from interest-related advertising by Google as well as visitor data from third party providers (e.g. age, gender and interests) is used. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person and can be deactivated at any time using the browser settings.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP address anonymisation. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within the area of Member States of the European Union or in other countries which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. The IP address transferred by your browser during the use of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google.
Preventing Google from collecting data

Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager allows you to manage website tags from a user interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not record any personal data. The tool triggers other tags that record data in some circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation was made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
The download files of the Application Knowledge Base and Technical Documentation areas at lenze.com are stored by the Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS) company, P.O. Box 81226, Seattle, WA 98108-1226 in the data centre in Frankfurt/Main and provided worldwide. Lenze has no influence on the type and scope of information that is collected, processed or used by AWS associated with the download offer. Further information can be obtained from the AWS data protection notice.
The CAD files in the EASY Product Finder range at lenze.com are stored by the KiM GmbH company, Tritschlerstrasse 1, D-66606 St. Wendel in a German data centre and provided worldwide.
For each generated and loaded file (e.g. CAD, PDF, pixel images) and each direct insertion into CAD systems (CADClick® "Click2CAD"), Lenze stores a data set in one of the statistics databases available on the server. This statistic data is further compressed and used for optimising the CAD service in an anonymised form.
Link2Lenze is an online platform that allows you as a user to get in-depth information on Lenze solutions, news and events.
If you join Link2Lenze and create a profile, which may be comfortably done by logging in with your LinkedIn-account, you gain the possibility to obtain detailed company related information from Lenze. After logging in with your LinkedIn-account, LinkedIn provides us with parts of the personal information which you want to share with others. You may directly control what information is shared in your LinkedIn profile options, located on www.linkedIn.com.
In order to present you with specific personalised information on the content that really interests you, we track your clicks on our Link2Lenze platform, including the frequency of your visits and the individual content that you have viewed. This information will also be used to continuously improve the Link2Lenze platform and Lenze content to inform our target groups.
Each item, such as news, solutions and events, on Link2Lenze may be shared with your contacts and friends. If you share an item, the corresponding URL that leads to the item on Link2Lenze will contain the information that the item has been shared. If the person you sent the link to also creates a Link2Lenze profile, you will be awarded a conversion. We can only tell that you successfully shared an item but we cannot tie your conversion to a specific new user. This information is used to continuously improve the Link2Lenze platform.
Based on the information you provided us with, both from LinkedIn and collected on our Link2Lenze platform, we would like to contact you. Lenze SE is an international company and we want to provide you with contacts from a Lenze Sales organisation near you. In order to accomplish that, we will add the information collected on Link2Lenze, including contact information and interests, into our Company Customer Relations Management system (CRM) which is maintained for all legal entities within the Lenze Group. The Sales Specialist that is responsible for your region may gain access to your information in our CRM and may subsequently contact you. Leaving Link2Lenze: Revoking your consent
Should you decide to end your participation on Link2Lenze, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and provide your name as it is represented in your LinkedIn profile and tell us that you want to leave Link2Lenze. We need this information in order to identify your Link2Lenze profile. We will then delete all personal information associated with your Link2Lenze profile and confirm the deletion via e-mail. Lenze SE may keep fully anonymized information, such as usage statistics, that cannot be tied to you.
You may, at any time, rejoin Link2Lenze. Please note that rejoining Link2Lenze will create an entirely new profile that cannot be tied to your former profile.
You may also, at any time, request the deletion of your personal information from our Customer Relations Management system (CRM). In order to do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer (refer to contact information at the bottom of the page).

It is not necessary to provide personal data in this regard.Until the remote connection has been established we do not receive any further information via your computer and the relevantly installed systems with the exception of your username.TeamViewer is a program produced by TeamViewer GmbH, Göppingen, Germany via which we provide remote services. We have an agreement with TeamViewer GmbH on commis-sioneddata processing, according to which all personal data is collected, processed and used under our sole responsibility and according to our instructions.
Performance of the remote services
When performing remote services, we see your screen,including all information available on it. In your own interests,you should therefore quit all programs and close displaysthat are not related to the remote services. It is contractually provided for that you shall ensure that we do not come into contact with personal data from your environment when performing the remote services.
Recording of the use of remote services
The use of remote services is recorded at the company level, in addition to which the name of the contact person is stored. The recording thereof is carried out for billing purposes only. The personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of its storage is no longer given.
Storage and use of your data
The collection, storage and processing of your data takes placesolely for the purpose of per-forming the remote services. We do not link your data withany other data and do not use it for any other purposes either. Should we use the services of external service providers within the framework of performing our service, any accesstothe data on their part is likewise sole-ly for the purpose of performing the service. We take technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance at all times with data protection requirements and also obligate our external service providers accordingly. TeamViewer uses an encrypted connec-tion for the data transmission. However, it can never be ruled out with absolute certainty that unauthorized third parties are able to view and/or access the transmitted data. We recom-mend that you consider this aspect when deciding whether to make use of remote services.

Persons under the age of 18 should not divulge any personal data to us without the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not request any personal data from children or young persons. We do not knowingly collect any such data or pass it on to third parties.
